Please confirm your appointment through DMs or text the day before so I don't assume you canceled. Once you have confirmed, I will send you the address. Consent forms will be sent out via email 2-days prior to appointment date. I will not do the service if the consent form is not returned/signed. As a courtesy, please arrive to your appointment on time. If you're 15 minutes late, then you must reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule once, only if there’s days available. You’re not able to reschedule for the month after. If you decide to cancel your appointment, please do it before the 48 hours by checking your confirmation email. There should be an option to cancel. If it doesn't allow you to do so, please DM me. Also please be mindful not to attend your appointment if you feel unwell in anyway. Hand sanitizer will be available and required to be used on arrival. For the safety of yourself and mine, please wear your masks! *Only ONE extra guest is permitted due to small space and safety. No kids allowed unless they're getting a service. Also, keep in mind I will ONLY do soak-offs on my work. If you booked and I see its not my work, I will turn you away, no exceptions!! New clients please come in with bare hands. Restroom is NOT available. ** A $30 nonrefundable deposit is required. The deposit will go towards your service. No deposit = no appointment! No shows or cancellations not done before 48 hours of their appointment are subject to a $50 flat fee. Prices for all services are subject to change at any time.
